This course comprises of three different modules existing independently;
Module 1 - Fundamentals of Sustainability, Business and Governance;
Module 2 - Environmental Principles, Policy and Legislation;
Module 3 - Environmental Management/Assessment Tools and Skills.
IEMA gives the leverage for candidates to take part in any of the course modules as a certificate course on its own. At the end of the course module, an IEMA certificate is awarded to the participant. Participants can also take part in all three modules and partake in the Assessment of Competence. On success of the Assessment, candidates become Practitioner members of IEMA Practitioner membership makes you part of the IEMA community. It recognizes everything you’re doing to help make business future-proof while giving you the practical support you need. IEMA can help you deliver on your sustainability goals, with information on best practices and tools to put you ahead on ideas and innovation. You can expect to build your influence and connect with others like you across IEMA, as part of the Practitioner Community. The courses are ideal for professionals who are working across organizations at an operational level, and pursuing a career path in environment and sustainability. At the end of the course, you’re likely to be delivering and improving sustainability in organizations, projects, products and services; working within defined policies or regulatory contexts; supporting the development of the overall body of environment and sustainability knowledge.
Module 1: 10th - 14th April; 14th – 18th August
Module 2: 17th - 21st April; 21st - 28th August
Module 3: 28th August – 1st September
Fee for each module is NGN150,000.00.
